The modern 12,746-seat football stadium welcomed its first spectators in July 2002. The arena was designed and built in line with FIFA and UEFA technical recommendations. The stands have individual folding metal seats, with roofs providing protection from the weather.
Pitch lighting is mounted on the roofs of the west and east stands and operates at four levels: 200, 400, 800 and 1,600 lux. The television system supports live match broadcasts. The full-colour video scoreboard has an area of 48 m².
The home and away changing rooms each accommodate 30 people and include massage, shower and sanitary facilities in accordance with UEFA requirements.
The 120 × 80 m playing field has natural grass, effective drainage, automatic irrigation and underground heating.
In 2011, the arena was renovated: the turf was replaced and expanded, the heated and drained areas were enlarged, and the players’ tunnel and spectator facilities were upgraded.

The Small Arena opened in September 2002. The stadium accommodates 8,914 spectators and has a 105 × 68 m football pitch, surrounded by six 400 m running lanes.
The natural grass pitch has automatic irrigation, underground heating and a modern drainage system. Lighting is mounted on 50 m towers and operates at four levels: 400, 800, 1200 and 1600 lux. The full-colour video scoreboard covers 48 m², and the television system supports live match broadcasts.
Changing rooms for players and referees, including female referees, meet UEFA requirements. Following renovation in 2011, the Small Arena received UEFA category 3 status and can host international Europa League and Champions League matches.
Training pitches
The complex includes 14 full-size training pitches measuring 105 × 68 m: ten with natural grass, three with FieldTurf artificial turf and one training pitch with a combined surface.
The pitches have modern lighting, effective drainage and individual fencing. Artificial turf allows training to continue throughout the winter.
Indoor football arena
The Indoor Arena has operated since the second half of 2004 and adjoins the residential complex for FC Sheriff players and coaches. The 37 m-high arena accommodates 3,570 spectators and provides comfortable conditions for matches and training during autumn and winter.
Beneath the dome is a 113 × 74 m pitch with GreenFields artificial turf and an effective drainage system. The surface’s ball bounce, impact absorption and sliding properties closely resemble those of natural grass.
The pitch holds FIFA QUALITY PRO certification, allowing international competitions. The arena includes player and referee changing rooms, a commentary booth, a press centre, a conference hall and open VIP boxes.
The arena has an ElectroVoice sound system and adjustable lighting at three levels: 200, 800 and 1600 lux. A 40 m² full-colour video scoreboard is installed in the south stand. The television system supports live match broadcasts.
Residential complex and multipurpose hall
The southern part of the building houses the residential complex for FC Sheriff players and coaches. It contains four-star rooms, a gym and warm-up hall, massage rooms, showers, a sauna and a small swimming pool.
The northern part houses a 25 × 50 m multipurpose sports hall with a parquet floor. It is suitable for volleyball, basketball, handball, futsal, dance and martial arts. The stands seat 800 spectators, and the changing rooms can accommodate eight teams at once.
